In a recent SELF article, Jen's trainer revealed three key's to her client's flat abs. In addition to spin classes and sit ups, Jennifer Aniston favors yoga's boat pose and plank pose.
Yoga is one of my favorite activities because it tones everything, especially the abs. Your abs are engaged in almost every pose so you're working towards a flat belly during your hour-long sweat session.
